Q: What should I do if I need to cancel within 24 hours of the project starting time?
A: If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the project meeting time, please call the Volunteer Leader. Your Volunteer Leader's contact information is in "Your Activity Schedule," your "My Page."

Q: What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail?
A: If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within several hours after registering as a volunteer or after signing up for an event, please check your SPAM box first. If it is not in your SPAM box, please e-mail  admin@handsontokyo.org with your concern. We will reply by the end of the 2-3 business day.

Q: How can I find out password?
A: You can reset your password through the "Forgot Password?," on the LOGIN Page.

Q: How do I change my personal information?
A: You can change your personal information through the "Change User Imformation," on your "My Page."
